Following a hugely successful recruitment process, we are delighted to announce that we have appointed six new Trustees to our Board of Directors. We are excited about these experienced individuals and the skillsets they bring to us, and believe that their onboarding will elevate and expand our presence as a top vocational education provider.
On the appointments, Gavin McCaig, Director of Business Operations said: “Our board is a dedicated, experienced group of individuals who make key decisions around where we are headed and how best to get there. These new appointments galvanise an already effective and dedicated group of trustees and I cannot wait to see how the new appointments positively impact our growth in the coming years.”
He continues: “For us, the next school year is underpinned by development and growth, with a focus on strengthening our offering and cementing our reputation as one of the best ballet schools in the UK for 9 - 16 year olds.”
The appointments include Susan Smith, Chartered Accountant and Director of Financial Planning at Regents University, London; Isabelle Brouwers, First Artist at English National Ballet and ENB’s Dance Leader of the Future for 21/22; Andrew Peasgood, Senior School Lead at The Dance School of Scotland an ex-Principal Dancer with Scottish Ballet; Julie Bowers, Artistic CEO of BBO Dance and Executive Producer of GradPro; Margaret Ward-Martin, Ex-educator, Mental Health Expert and Founder of The Grace Project and Emily Glynn-Farrell, Museum Professional specialising in SEN education.
